Provide life skills focusing on growing and storing fresh fruits, vegetables and livestock care. Promote substantial use of urban resources and influence neighborhoods to develop and harvest community partnership gardens.
Provide education in organic and chemical-free plant care.
Promote use of underdeveloped and under-worked fields and backyards.
Develop an influential community team through the participation of volunteers throughout the area.

Through hands-on education, our less fortunate neighborhood population will be provided the opportunity to plant, grow, harvest and distribute fresh organic produce and livestock. Brought together through hard work, commitment and the shedding of sweat….there, then comes the joy of accomplishment and ability to share with others in our great state.
Our Focus
Mineral Baths Community Gardens is a non-profit urban agricultural organization based in the city of Stockton, county of San Joaquin, with a mission to provide healthy, organic food grown by the veterans, parolees, homeless, struggling teens, developmentally disabled, senior citizens, mentally challenged and less fortunate families throughout the Central Valley and greater Bay Area.
Join Us
Our dream consists of neighborhood lots, church yards, county fields, filled with foliage and vegetation, rescue animals and livestock with the help of our local 4h club, bees, mushroom barn, cold storage, classes on foods to eat and avoid for medical conditions, with the help of master gardeners teaching trades of masonry, electricians, plumbing/irrigation. And getting back to basics through canning and preserving. An endless dream, that only through all of us can make it happen.
